Terms & Conditions

You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell or transfer your account or membership card.

86 Access is the free account tier. 86 Core, 86 Black and 86 Founders are paid membership tiers.

Tier pricing, benefits and availability are shown on the membership pages and in your member area, and may change for new sign-ups. Existing paid periods already charged are not altered by a price change.

Paid memberships are billed through Paystack and may renew automatically according to the subscription terms displayed at checkout.

A membership only becomes active once payment is confirmed server-side by our payment provider. Details of cancellation, suspension and refunds are set out in the Membership & Cancellation Policy and the Membership Refund Policy.

Your card is issued digitally and verified by QR code. It remains 86 Club property and may be revoked or reissued where a membership lapses, is cancelled, or where misuse is suspected.

Event capacity, member-only access and partner benefits are subject to availability and to the terms set by the venue or partner.

Partner benefits are provided by independent businesses. 86 Club is not responsible for a partner’s goods, services or refusal to honour a benefit outside its stated conditions.

86 Club is an industry community. Harassment, discrimination, violence, intoxicated disruption or abuse of staff, venues or partners may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

Merchandise is sold through our Shopify store and is governed by the store’s own shipping, returns and refund policies, which are separate from membership policies.

The 86 Club name, marks, imagery, written content and designs belong to 86 Club and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 86 Club is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, attendance at events or dealings with partners. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
