86 Founders Terms

86 Founders is limited to 86 active Founder memberships at any time. The platform will not allow more than 86 active Founder memberships to exist.

When the tier is full, it is shown as fully seated and cannot be selected until a seat is released.

Founder pricing is permanently locked for the duration of a member’s continuous Founder membership. While your Founder membership remains continuous and in good standing, general price increases do not apply to you.

If a Founder cancels, Founder status is lost immediately and the seat is released back to the pool for another member.

A former Founder who returns later cannot reclaim their previous Founder status or their previously locked price. They must select from the membership tiers available at that time, at the prices then applicable, and only if a Founder seat is available.

Founder membership does not provide shares, equity, ownership, profit participation or any other financial interest in 86 Club, unless separately agreed in writing.

Founder memberships and Founder seats cannot be sold, gifted, assigned or transferred to another person unless expressly approved in writing by 86 Club.

Founder benefits apply while the membership is active and paid. A failed or unresolved payment may suspend the membership, and a lapsed membership is treated as ended for the purposes of these terms.
